Privacy Policy for using service Froono

By accessing or using Froono services, you hereby agree to the following terms & conditions;

1. You hereby agree to all terms & conditions of Service (hereinafter referred as “ToS”) by installing or accessing or using our application or website or features or software (hereinafter together referred as “Services”). You must use our Services strictly in accordance with our ToS.
2. You must be minimum 15 years old to use our Services (or more age necessary in your country for you to be legally authorized to access or use our Services without parental approval). If you are not old enough, you shall not access or use our Services.
3. You can register for our Services by providing your mobile phone number and e-mail ID and other requisite details.
4. You hereby agree to access and use our Services for legal and authorized and acceptable purposes only.
5. You shall be responsible for keeping your Froono account safe and secure in all conditions. You shall notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach of your account or our Services.
6. You hereby provide consent to downloading and installing updates to our Services including automatically.
7. You are solely responsible for paying for all carrier data plan and other fees and taxes associated with your use of our Services.
8. You hereby agree to receive notifications, text messages and phone calls from us or our third-party providers.
9. You hereby provide consent to full access to all contacts in your mobile phone address book on a regular basis. You hereby grant us authorisation to invite anyone or all of your contacts, on your behalf or on behalf of Frooo, to use our Services.
10. You agree to provide the phone numbers of other Froono users in your mobile phone address book. You hereby provide the confirmation that you are authorized to provide us such numbers to allow us to provide our Services.
11. You agree that we shall not be liable to pay you for making use of your personal data or your contacts database.
12. You hereby provide your consent to us for collecting, storing, transferring, processing, sharing and using your personal data from your device for our own use or for the use of any of our affiliates or any users located anywhere globally. Your data is continuously collected by us even when the application is not in use. Your personal data may be stored or processed or transferred or used in any other country which may not have laws of your own country. If laws of your country circumvent your aforementioned consent in any manner, you shall not access or use our Services.
13. You hereby provide consent to show all of your Froono stores and chats to everyone in your contact list on continuous basis.
14. You agree that all of your Froono stores can be searched by anyone at any time. You acknowledge that the Froono stores and chats marked as ‘Private’ shall also be searchable and reachable.
15. You hereby agree to directly or indirectly to not extract code or reverse engineer or copy or modify or alter or create derivative works of our software program or code or concept or design or any other works in any manner.
16. You agree to directly or indirectly not to distribute, license, sublicense, transfer, display, perform or otherwise exploit our Services or assist anyone else in exploiting our Service in any unauthorized manner.
17. You agree that we shall not be liable to pay you for any of your suggestion or feedback even if we implement or improve our Service based upon your suggestion or feedback.
18. You hereby agree to not to burden or impair or harm us or our Services or systems or our users or third parties or our affiliates in any manner.
19. You shall not directly or indirectly or through automated means inject or send or store or transmit viruses or other harmful software code in or through our Services.
20. You shall not directly or indirectly or through automated means gain or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our Services or systems.
21. You shall not directly or indirectly or through automated means interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our Services.
22. You shall not directly or indirectly or through automated means create unauthorized accounts for our Services.
23. You shall not directly or indirectly or through automated means collect the information of or about our users in any unauthorized manner.
24. You shall not directly or indirectly or through automated means sell or resell or rent or charge for our Services.
25. You shall not directly or indirectly use our copyrights, trademarks, domains, logos, patents and intellectual property rights associated with our Services.
26. We reserve the right to delete or modify any user account or any Froono created by you without giving any reason and without giving any prior notice.
27. You hereby agree to not directly or indirectly create another account without our permission in case your account is disabled for a violation of our ToS.
28. You agree that we reserve the right to modify the ToS in the future as and when required. You agree that the latest version of ToS shall govern. Your continued use of our Services confirms your acceptance of our ToS as amended.
29. We can assign any or all of our rights and obligations to anyone and also transfer your personal information to any of affiliates or third parties or successor entities or new owner.
30. Our Services can only be used for sharing the current location using tracking feature. The working of sharing feature depends upon several other external factors including internet data speed, mobile service provider connectively etc. You hereby agree that accuracy or working of tracking feature shall not be relied upon for any emergency situation. In case of any kind of emergency, please note that our Services do not provide any kind of access to any emergency services or emergency services providers, including the police, fire departments, or hospitals, or any public safety locations. Please contact relevant emergency services providers directly through a mobile, fixed-line telephone or by any other means.
31. You use our services at your own risk. We do not warrant that any information on Froono is accurate or complete or useful or error-free or secure or safe or disruption-free. We are not responsible for any action or information of our users or any of third parties. You acknowledge that we are providing services without any warranties.
32. We shall not be liable for any loss or damages whether direct or indirect or consequential arising out of or in any connection with our Services or ToS. You hereby agree that our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with our Services or ToS shall not exceed Indian Rupees 500 only (five hundred rupees only). You agree to defend, indemnify and hold us harmless from and against all liabilities or damages or losses or expenses or legal costs or legal fee of any kind relating to or arising out of or in any way in connection with our Services. Courts of competent jurisdiction at Mohali, Punjab (India) shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter arising out or in relation to our Services or ToS.
33. Our Service are meant only for users located in India and governed by laws of India without giving effect to any choice of law or rule that would cause the application of the laws of other jurisdiction. If you are located outside India, you shall not use our Services if your local laws or rules or regulations are different than the laws of India in any manner. Courts of competent jurisdiction at Mohali, Punjab (India) shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter arising out or in relation to our Services or ToS.

You shall not access or use Froono if you don’t agree with any of the Privacy Policy mentioned above.
